In my little personal corner of the internet, this dress felt like it had its own viral moment. Featured in local magazines, and then on Loeffler Randall's wedding stories, this dress resulted in a beautiful celebration of the bride, my design, and the couple's special wedding day. What more could I hope for as a designer? This dress and this bride, will forever have a special token of my affection.
So, lets have another moment for Anna & Bailey, and the wedding dress that broke the internet...

It's hard to believe that it's been 3 years since Anna and Bailey's wedding day in New Orleans, LA. I had a phone call with Anna to recollect on her bridal experience, and catch up with my old friend (Anna and I have known each other since middle school). Anna spoke so eloquently on the phone, that her words are more informative than anything I could summarize. So, I've included few excerpt from our conversation. Enjoy!

We started by discussing the couple's romantic venue, Cavan, a mansion on Magazine St. (no longer in business since COVID). Anna from Baton Rouge, and Bailey from the Shreveport, LA area, decided that New Orleans was the perfect local destination to achieve their wedding goal- "to throw a really great party." Cavan served as a beautiful and intimate space for guests traveling from all over to gather and witness Anna and Bailey get married on its classic New Orleans style front porch.

I can say from experience that the night proceeded into "a really great party" accompanied by delicious food, the most darling cakes from 10 Cent Baking, and music by vinyl DJ, Ann Glaviano, that caused passerbys on the street to stop in for a dance with the bride. The night was full joyful moments and felt to truly capture the couple's unique and personal style.
